Biography

Francis M. Funaro, a partner in Geary & Geary, LLP, practices in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law, real estate title law, wills and trusts, estate planning, and probate and estate administration.  He has extensive experience representing individuals, businesses and institutions in these areas, and is committed to providing the utmost in client satisfaction.

Mr. Funaro measures his success based upon how his clients perceive his performance.  He believes that his clients' interests are best served through open lines of communication, ensuring that his clients fully understand the legal and practical context surrounding their particular situations.  He understands the pressures facing individuals, families and businesses in the real world, and works to achieve his clients' goals in the most effective, efficient and professional manner possible.  Whether by simply returning phone calls in a timely fashion, or meeting with clients at times and places convenient to them and their daily lifestyle, Mr. Funaro prides himself on being responsive to his clients' needs.

Mr. Funaro was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1991, and to the New Hampshire Bar in 1993.  He received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 1991, where he served as a staff member on the Suffolk Law Review.  Mr. Funaro received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford in 1986.  He is a member of The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the Real Property Section of the NHBA.  Mr. Funaro is also an Agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company for both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
