John C. Geary

John C. Geary, a partner at Geary & Geary, LLC, concentrates his practice in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law and real estate title law.  In addition, John has extensive experience representing businesses and institutions in all aspects of commercial and residential lending, lease review, and real estate acquisition.  As a local business owner and developer, John's extensive experience in these areas allows him to effectively and efficiently counsel his clients.  John Geary has devoted his practice to representing individuals, institutions, and business entities throughout the Greater Lowell and Merrimack Valley communities.  Attorney John C. Geary regularly represents individuals and businesses in zoning and land use matters before the Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Boards in the City of Lowell.
